This course focuses on hull design, simple chine hull and complex
sailing schooner hull. Students learn to model a complete hull, deck and
superstructures. Marine design terminology is also studied, including
relevant terms like port, starboard, forward, aft, inboard, outboard,
stem, forefoot, keel and skeg.
