Online Anesthesia Technician Training Program Information

A training program in anesthesia technology gives students the opportunity to learn how anesthesia equipment and supplies work, as well as how to care for patients before, during and after they receive anesthesia. Admission Requirements

Anesthesiology support staff, licensed practical nurses, certified medical assistants and paramedics are eligible for admittance into this program providing that they meet specific education and work experience guidelines. Previous college-level coursework in math and English is required, as well as computer skills. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check.

Program Delivery

Classes are accessed online through the school's online college. Lectures are delivered via webcast and other materials are delivered in various formats, such as presentations, slide shows and pre-taped videos.

Technology Requirements
